Reflected glare or spill light shall not <br />exceed five tenths (0.5) foot~candles as measured on the <br />property line when abuttin~ residential zones and one (1.0) <br /> <br />foot-candle measured on the property line when such line <br />abuts a similar zone or land use. <br /> <br />Waste and Storage. <br /> <br />Garbage receptacles, refuse areas must be in rear or side <br />yards, and must be screened from public view and <br />adjoining properties. <br /> <br />No exterior storage shall be allowed if the property abuts an <br />R-l, R-2, R-3 District. Where the property does not abut <br />such' district, all exterior storaze shall be screened with the <br />exception of: <br /> <br />i.
