9.20.27 <br /> <br />Mixed Use - Planned Unit Development (MU-PUD) District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of the Mixed Use Planned Unit Development <br />(MU-PUD) District is to provide a range of retail and service commercial, office, and residential <br />uses that are organized and planned in a comprehensive manner. The MU-PUD District is <br />created for development seeking alternative development regulations that promote a better <br />integration of uses that might typically be separated in typical suburban development. This <br />District is appropriate for infill locations that provide opportunities to connect to adjacent <br />development patterns. At least 25 percent of tine land area in tine development shall be in <br />residential use. The minimum land area for development under the MU-PUD Dbtrict b 10 acres. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses <br /> <br />a. Offices and banks <br /> <br />b. Enclosed retail activities without outdoor activities <br /> <br />c. Personal and t)rofessional services <br /> <br />cl. Restaurants and cafes <br /> <br />e. Uses allowed in the R-l, R-2 and R~3 Districts <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Standards <br /> <br />a.
