reviewed the elevations of the units and would like to see the back-to-back units moved from the <br />frontage of Hwy. 116 to the interior of the development and more of tl~e row houses units along <br />Hr, G,. 116. <br /> <br />As mentioned in the Staff Review Letter, the landscaping plan will need to be reworked due to <br />the reduction in the number of units. <br /> <br />The City will be requiring an address location sign (specifying the units addresses) to be placed <br />at the entrance of all private streets. The required signage wilt assist emergenc, y services in <br />locating a specific unit when called to the site. The address signage is subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer and Police Chief, <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff will be discussing the items brought up in tlxe Staff Review Letter with the applicant before <br />the Planning Commission meeting.
