City Staff <br />recommended extending the construction timeline iix tlxe Development Permit to May 30, 2004 at <br />thc request o[:' the applicant. <br /> <br />Councihnember Pearson inquired if the issue of Danny's Tranny being located on a portion of <br />the ACE Solid Waste property had been addressed. <br /> <br />Mil<e: Berl<opac, Ace Solid Waste, replied that tlmt issue has not yet been resolved, but it will not <br />be a real problem until they begin construction. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Pein'son, to adopt Resolution <br />#03-05-105 extending the May ~0, ~00~ Development Permit construction timeline to May ~0, <br />2004, in order to initiate construction of the transfer station for ACE Solid Waste. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councihnembers Kurak, Pearson, Cook, Elvig, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Garnet COmlMinaented ACE Solid Waste for operating a very good clean business in tine <br />City of` Ramsey. <br /> <br />Case/-/6: <br /> <br />Adopi Ordinance Autlnorizing tine Sale of Lot 3, Block 1, Gateway North <br />Industrial Park No. 5, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />City Attorney Crooch'icln stated that the City received a letter of intent fron2 W Properties, LLC to <br />purchase Lot 3, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5 and construct a building at a later <br />date. Negotiations are currently underway and staff will bring tine Development Agreement to <br />tine City (;ouncil I'br approval.
