Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) Accept Resignation of Patrol Officer and Authorize Hire of Patrol Officer <br />Tine Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council accept Greg Sullivan's resignation <br />fi'om his position als Patrol Officer with tine City of Ramsey and to hire Ryan Law as a Patrol <br />Ol"lqcer alt an annual salary of $42,555 contingent upon a satisfactory pre-employment physical <br />ancl dm,g/alcohol semen. Mi'. Law would begin employment with the City on or near May 19, <br />2003. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #03- <br />05- 13 acccpt'i~g resignation of Patrol Officer and authorizing hiring of Patrol Officer. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
