Voting No: None. <br /> <br />4) Cm~sidm' Resolution Calling for Public Hearing on Issuance of Revenue Bonds to <br /> Finance Charter School <br />City/\dministrator Norman stated that the PACT school is considering another financing method <br />in adclition to the revenue bonds. As of'the time of this meeting, the Charter School had not yet <br />made a decision. It was recommended that the Council pass the resoIution and dh'ect staff to <br />wait to hear I"rom PACT School until a decision is made so that no funds are spent. , <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that the Finance Committee discussed the architectural layout of the <br />building so that it could have multiple uses if the school failed, who would be the owner of the <br />school, and the Finance Comnaittee recommended that tile issue be discussed f'm'ther at a work <br />session. <br /> <br />Cool< inquired il~ those issues could be resolved in a development agreement. <br /> <br />City Aclministt'ator Norman replied yes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilrnember Kurak, to adopt Resolution #03- <br />05-120 calling for a public hearing for issuance of revenue bonds to finance the Charter School <br />Facilities, and authorizing tile publication of' a notice of the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carriccl, Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers glvig. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />5) Authorization to Contract for T.H. #10 Corridor Environmental Study <br /> <br />Thc Finance Committee t'ecommended that the City Council enter into a contractual agreement <br />with Thc: Tinklcnberg Group to perform an AUAR Stud), on T.H. ~10, as well as other outreach <br />anti f'uncling sources oversight activities concerning T.H. ~10 and to enter into a .joint powers <br />agreement with Anol<a County fbr completion of the AUAR ofT. H. ~10 process with the City of <br />Ramxey as Ic~cl aBency.
