The applicant has submitted the required Comprehensive Plan Amendment application to change <br />the land use designation in the Comprehensive Plan from low density residential to medium <br />density residential. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The subject property will serve as the entrance to the proposed Alpine Acres subdivision located <br />to the north.
