When application of these regulations results in a requirement of a fractional space, any fraction up to and including one half shall be disregarded. Fractions over one half shal/ count as one additional space. Subd. 24. Commer~:iai and Industrial Development. A. Property that constitutes required off-street parking areas may not be separated, through sale or other means, from tl~e property containing the principal use for which the parking area is required. Required parking facilities .serving two (2) or more uses may be located on the same lot or in the same structure, provided that the total number of Parking spaces, furnished shall-not be-less than the sum of separate requirements for each use.
