Up to 50% of the parking facilities required for nighttime <br />uses may be supplied by the off-street parking facilities provided <br />by da~ime uses and vice versa. <br /> <br />d. Conditions required for joint usc: the proposed joint <br />parking space is within 500 feet of the use it will serve; the <br />applicant shall show that there is no substantial con.flier in the <br />principal operating hours of the two buildings or uses for which <br />joint use of of Dstreet parking facilities is proposed. <br /> <br />A properly drawn legal instrument executed by the parties <br />concerned for joint use of o~'--street parking facilities shall be filed <br />with the Zoning Administrator, which shall run with the land and <br />.be recorded with the County, Recorder's oS'ice. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Residential DeYelopment. <br /> <br />A. In any Residential District, inside parking of licensed and/or <br /> unlicensed motor vekicles and equipment, commercial or private, shall <br /> be permitted. <br /> <br />B..In any Residential District, no outside parking of any motor vehicle or <br /> equipment shall be perm/ned, EXCEPT as follows: <br /> <br /> Currently licensed and operable motor veb./c[es, and one <br />unlicensed and operable motor vehicle, the primary purpose of <br />which is for private transportation or recreational use may be <br />parked in the front yard if' on a driveway or in the side or rear yard <br />provided they are parked on a residential parking surface that <br />consists of either bituminous pavement or concrete, or outside the <br />boundm4es of We MetroPolitan Urban Service ,<rea (MUSA) on a <br />minimum of cc.-. bitrecvcled concrete, bituminous or prepared <br />gravel. <br /> <br />b.
