No earth material shall be imported to or exported from <br />the work sire until the haul road has been officially designated as a haul <br />road by the City and al1 materials hauled from the source shall be hauled <br />over that road. The haul road desi~arion process shalI be pursuant to <br />{}2051.3 of the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Standard <br />Specifications for Construction, 1983 Edition. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7. Insurance. The applicant shall file with the Administrator a <br />liability insurance policy or certificate of such insurance acceptable to the City and issued by an <br />insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> a. The policy shall insure the person performing acts described for the <br /> sum of at least $300,000.00 for injury to.. one person, and <br /> $500,000.00 for one accident and at least $100,000.00 property <br /> damage. <br /> <br />Said policy shall be for the f~lI period of the permit and shah provide <br />for the giving of ten (I0) days prior notice to the Administrator by <br />re~stered mail of termination, cancellation, or amendment of the <br />policy. <br /> <br />In the event said policy is terminated for any reason, the permit shall be <br />automatically suspended upon the day the policy terminates, unless a new <br />policy complying with this Section is obtained and filed with the <br />Administrator prior to the te,wnination of the policy in force. <br /> <br />Standards <br /> <br />Subd. 8. <br /> <br /> Regulations and Requirements and Operating <br /> <br />The Council az a pre-reqUisi{e to the gr~cing of said permit or after <br />such perm/t has been granted, may impose such fi.W'3aer restrictions <br />and requirements as may be reasonable and necessary under the <br />parfihular circumstances of each application.
