5. Not to be located within fifty (50 feet) of a pre-exiszing residence. <br /> <br />Temporary real estate.signs for the purpose of selling or leasing individual parcels <br />or buildings in any district are permitted and are: <br /> <br />1. Exempt from the permit and fee requirements; <br /> <br />Limited to six (6) square feet in area for residential property and thirty-two <br />(32) square feet for non-residential property; <br /> <br />Limited to one (1) such sign per street frontage upon which the property <br />abuts, exclusive of directional signs (Exception: An additional "Open House" <br />sign may be used); <br /> <br /> 4. To be removed w/thin tN_try (.30) days following the lease or sale. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Portable Signs are permitted or~y in business and industrial type districts <br />and are subject to temporary permit and fee requirements.
