I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />i. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Administrator, or their desig-nee, shall have the ri~t at any time, upon reasonable request, to <br />enter and inspect the premises covered by said permit for safety and compliance purposes. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Conditional Use Permits. Conditional use permits granted by this <br />Section shall, be temporary in nature and shall be granted to a designated person who resides at a <br />residential address. They are not transferable from person to person or from address to address. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. <br /> <br />General Provisions <br /> <br />Should a conditional use permit holder die or move to a new location, the <br />existing permit shall be automatically terminated, except that in the case of <br />death, should a surviving spouse, or child, residing at the same address, <br />desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be <br />given to the Administrator and the Council may authorize continuation of <br />that permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Conditi'onal use permits, once granted, may be revoked prior to its original <br />revocation date by the Council for cause after hearing before the Council. <br />Complaints seeking the revocation of such permit shall be filed with the <br />'Administrator and may be initiated by .the Planning Commission or any <br />three'residents of the block (both sides where the home occupation is .being <br />conducted). Al1 such revocation hearings Shall.be conducted in accordance <br />with §9.03.04. Publication and notice requirements shall be the same as for <br />conditional use permit application hearings. <br /> <br />All businesses being conducted at property zoned for residential use on the <br />effective date of this Section shall have tNrty (30) days thereafter to apply- <br />for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> d. Persons' who were conducting a business from property zoned for residential <br /> use on the effective date of this Section must make application under <br /> §9.03.04, but may continue to conduct such businesses pending final <br /> deten-nination of their application. Should the .Council deny the petition for <br /> conditional use .permit, all such persons shall immediately cease their <br /> business' activities from such residential premises. <br /> <br />9.11.05 Manufactured Housing. Manufactured houses.may be located within residential <br />zoning districts within the City upon compliance with the following conditions, and UPon <br />compliance with all other conditions of the City Code except those City Code conditions which <br />may be at variance with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Manufactured houses shall comply with all zoning regulations for <br />the zone in which they are located. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Abuilding permit and any other required permits shall be obtained for <br />such mmmfactured housing. ' <br /> <br /> <br />
