time, upon reasonable request, to enter and inspect the premises covered by said permit <br />for safety and compliance purposes. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Home Occupation Permits. Home Occupation permits <br />granted by this Section shall be temporary in nature and shall be granted to a designated <br />person who resides at a residential address. They are not transferable from person tO <br />person or from address to address. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. General Provisions <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Should a Home Occupation Permit holder die or move to a new <br />location, the existing permit shall be automatically terminated, <br />except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, <br />residing at the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, <br />written notice to that effect shall be given to the Zoning <br />Administrator and the Council may authorize continuation of that <br />permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Home Occupation Permits, once granted, may be revoked prior to its <br />original revocation date by the Council for cause after hearing before <br />the Council. Complaints seeking the revocation of such permit shall <br />be filed with the Zoning Administrator. All such revocation hearings <br />shall be conducted in accordance with 39.03.04. Publication and <br />notice requirements shall be the same as for Conditional Use Permit <br />application hearings. <br /> <br />Ail businesses being conducted at property zoned for residential use <br />on the effective date of this Section shall have thirty (30) days <br />thereafter to apply for a Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />Persons who were conducting a business from property zoned for <br />residential use on the effective date of this Section must make <br />application under §9.03.04, but may continue to conduct such <br />businesses pending final determination of their application. Should <br />the Council deny the petition for a Home Occupation Permit, all <br />such persons shall immediately cease their business activities from <br />such residential premises. <br /> <br />4 103 <br /> <br /> <br />
