102 <br /> <br />Accessory Structure Home Occupations will not be considered for <br />operations relating to internal combustion engines, body shops, <br />machine shops, welding, ammunition manufacturing, motor <br />vehicle repairs or sale, or other objectional uses as determined by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Employees are limited to occupants of the principal dwelling on <br />the subject property and one (1) full-time equivalent employee <br />who does not reside on the subject property and two (2) full-time <br />equivalent employees may be permitted under certain <br />circumstances as approved by the City Council. In the event of pre- <br />existing accessory structures located on a parcel that does not <br />contain a principal dwelling, the employees shall be limited to the <br />owner of the subject property and one (1) full-time equivalent <br />employee who does not reside on the subject property and two (2) <br />full-time equivalent employees may be permitted under certain <br />circumstances as approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />e. Vehicular traffic within the neighborhood shall not generate <br /> excessive vehicular traffic to the residential neighborhood. <br /> <br />f. Outside storage of vehicles and equipment must comply with <br /> section 9.11.10 of City Code. <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />No exterior displays or signs of the extended home occupation <br />shall be permitted unless specifically address as part of the <br />conditions of the permit. <br /> <br />The operation shall not be granted if the Findings of Fact <br />determine that the proposed home occupation may constitute a fire <br />hazard to neighboring residences, adversely affect neighboring <br />property values, or constitute a nuisance or otherwise be <br />detrimental to the neighbors because of excessive traffic, excessive <br />noise, odors or other circumstances. <br /> <br />In order to guarantee that a home occupation, once authorized, will <br />not become a nuisance to the neighbors or otherwise violate these <br />guidelines, the Prarming Commission may recommend and the <br />Council may impose, reasonable conditions necessary to protect <br />the public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5. Inspections.
