I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> Mobile Home Park - Any premises which has facilities to accommodate two (2) <br />or more occupied mobile homes. <br /> <br /> Model Home - A home which is similar to others in a development and which is <br />open to public inspection for ~e purpose of selling said other homes. <br /> <br /> Motel/~1otor Hotel - A building or group of detached, semi-detached or attached <br />buildings containing guest rooms or units, each of which has a separate entrance directly from <br />the outside of the building or corridor, with garage or parking space conveniently located to each <br />unit, and which is designed, used or intended to be used primarily for the accommodation of <br />transient guests traveling by automobile. <br /> <br /> Motor Freight Terminal (Truck Terminal) - A building in which freight <br />brought by motor truck is assembled and sorted for routing in intrastate and interstate shipment. <br /> <br /> Motor Fuel Station - A place where gasoline is stored only in underground <br />tanks, kerosene or motor oil and lubricants or grease, for operation of automobiles, are retailed <br />directly to the public on premises and including minor accessories and services for automobiles <br />but not including automobile major repairs and rebuilding. <br /> <br /> Motor Vehicle, Commercial Use - Any device designed to be self-propelled that <br />is eligible for legal operation on the public roads and highways and whose primary use is to <br />facilitate the generation of revenue. This shall not include standard passenger automobiles, pick- <br />up trucks and vans displaying company logos and/or advertisements. <br /> <br /> Motor Vehicle, Private Use - Any device which is designed to be self-propelled, <br />is eligible for legal operation on the pubic roads and highways, and whose primary use is to <br />transport persons and/or property for personal or recreational activities. For purposes of this <br />Chapter, private use motor vehicles shall include operable vintage/classic cars and race cars. <br /> <br /> Natural Drainage System - Ail land surface areas which by nature of their <br />contour configuration, collect, store and channel surface water runoff. <br /> <br /> Natural Obstruction - Any rock, tree, gravel or analogous natural matter that is <br />an obstruction and has been located within a water body, watercourse, or wetland by a non <br />human cause. <br /> <br /> Non-domestic Sewage (Process Waste Water) - Sewage discharges generated <br />from such uses as restaurants, laundromats, barber and beauty shops, car washes, and other types <br />of commercial or industrial establishments. <br /> <br /> Nonconforming Structure - A building or structure which is a nonconforming <br />use as defined in this Section. <br /> <br /> Nonconforming Use - A building, structure, premise, or use which does not <br />comply or conform with the applicable conditions or provisions of this Chapter. <br /> <br />9-13 <br /> <br />127 <br /> <br /> <br />
