140 <br /> <br />Whether or not if this use will substantially adversely impair the use, <br />enjoyment or market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />7g. Whether the proposed use will be harmonious with and in accordance <br /> with the specific objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Whether the proposed use will be designed, constructed, operated, and <br />maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with <br />the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and whether <br />such a use will not change the essential character of that area. <br /> <br />9_40. Whether the proposed use will be hazardous or disturbing to existing <br /> or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />Whether the proposed use will be served adequately by essential <br />public facilities and services, such as highways, streets, police and fire <br />protection, drainage structures, or schools; or whether the persons or <br />agencies responsible for the establishments of the proposed use shall <br />be able to adequately provide any such service. <br /> <br />11_-3'. <br /> <br />Whether the proposed use will create excessive additional <br />requirements at public cost for public facilities and services and <br />whether it will be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />12'-1-. <br /> <br />Whether the proposed use will involve uses, activities, processes, <br />materials and equipment and conditions of operation that will be <br />detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason <br />of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />13g.
