Cend:.denal <br />~Hom¢ occupation permits granted by this Section shall be temporary in nature and shall be <br />granted to a designated person who resides at a residential address. They are nOt transferable <br />from person to person or from address to address. <br /> <br />Subd. ~. <br /> <br />General Provisions <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Should a conditional usehome occupations permit holder die or <br />move to a new location, the existing permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving <br />spouse or child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the <br />home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the <br />Administrator and the Council may authorize continuation of that <br />permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Conditional useHome occupations permits, once granted, may be <br />revoked prior to its original revocation date by the Council for cause <br />after hearing before the Council. Complaints seeking the revocation <br />of such permit shall be filed with the Administrator and may be <br />initiated by the Planning Commission or any three residents of the <br />block (both sides where the home occupation is being conducted). <br />All such revocation hearings shall be conducted in accordance with <br />{}9.03.04. Publication and notice requirements shall be the same as <br />for conditional use permit application hearings. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />All businesses being conducted at property zoned for residential use <br />on fi~e effective date cf ~is Seetioe~-shall have thirty (30) days <br />thereafter to apply for a conditional usehome occupation permit. <br /> <br />Persons who were conducting a business '~'.. ......... <br /> <br />application ,,n.~..~ .~., ~a,~_..,.....,n~. n~,, b.+~. may continue to conduct such <br />businesses pending final determination of their application. Should <br />the Council deny the petition for conditional use permit, all such <br />persons shall immediately cease their business activities from such <br />residential premises. <br /> <br />9.11.05 Manufactured Housing. Manufactured houses may be located within <br />residential zoning districts within the City upon compliance with the following conditions and <br />upon compliance with all other conditions of the City Code except those City Code conditions <br />which may be at variance with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Manufactured houses shall comply with all zoning regulations <br />for the zone in which they are located. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2.
