Subd. 3. Manufactured houses shall have minimum floor areas as follows: <br /> <br />One Family Structures. One family structures Shall have at least <br />three (3) habitable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, and <br />the overall dimensions shall contain the following minimum areas <br />including foyers and exclusive of garages and be no less than <br />twenty-four (24) feet in any nominal dimension: <br /> <br />Rambler without garage 912 square feet on main <br /> living floor <br />Split level without garage 912 square feet on main <br /> living floor <br />Full two story with or without garage, 720 square feetperfloor <br />exclusive of lofts, balconies and any other <br />similar construction <br />Rambler or split level with attached or 768 square feet on main <br />detached 440 square foot garage living floor <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Two Family Structures. Two family structures shall have at least <br />three (3) livable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, per <br />family and the overall dimensions shall contain 'not less than 720 <br />square feet on the main living floor per family including foyers and <br />exclusive of garages. All two family structures shall have either an <br />attached or detached garage with overall dimensions' of not less than <br />240 square feet per unit. Where a two dwelling structure is <br />constructed with a zero lot line,, the overall dimensions of the <br />attached/detached garage shall not contain less than 440 square feet <br />per unit. <br /> <br />Three or More Family Structures. Three or more family structures <br />shall have at least three (3) livable rooms, as defined by the State <br />Building Code, and the overall din~ensions shall contain the <br />following minimum floor areas, exclusive of garages, per unit: <br /> <br />1. 600 square feet for single floor units; and <br /> <br />2. 800 square feet for multiple level units. <br /> <br />Each unit of any three or more unit structures shall have an <br />attached/detached garage with overall dimensions that contain not <br />less than 240 square feet. <br /> <br />No manufactured home shall have a width of less than 24 feet <br />at its narrowest point. <br /> <br /> o ~I o~,m ..........~, .... ~ .... ~o 9-61 ran '0'~ Draft <br />232 <br /> <br /> <br />
