Park Member Identification Signs <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (I) wall sign for each principal building or tenant <br />or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or more streets, <br />additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (t) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the <br /> "occupants proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed. All signs permitted by this Section in excess .of sixteen (16) square feet <br />shall be painted, lettered, or faced to the workmanship standards and best commercial practices of <br />companies normally engaged in the business of providing commercial signs, using materials, designed <br />and marketed specifically for use on outdoor signs. <br /> <br /> <br />
