o <br /> <br />iv. <br /> <br />A service bay identification sign shall not project <br />higher than the parapet line of the wall to which the <br />sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />Service Island Identification Sign. Service island <br />identification signs indicating the type of service offered; <br />the price of gasoline; and other relevant information, within <br />reason, pertaining to the facility; or direction to persons <br />using the facility shall be subject to the following: <br /> <br />Service island signs may be located on the <br />outermost wall of any principal building or at each <br />service or pump island located on the parcel. <br /> <br />Menu Board. One (1) on-site menu board per drive-up or <br />walk-up lane of a drive-in restaurant up to a maximum of <br />thirty-two (32) square feet each. Menu boards are allowed <br />a message on one side only and cannot contain an <br />advertising message. <br /> <br />6. Directional Signs <br /> <br />Directional or Instructional signs are permitted in <br />accordance with §9.12.03 Subd. 9. <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />Parking lot directional signs designating parking <br />area entrances and exits are limited to one sign for <br />each entrance and/or exit and shall not exceed four <br />square feet for each exposed face. Parking lot <br />directional signs shall not project higher than five <br />(5) feet in height, as measured from the established <br />grade of the parking area to which such signs are <br />accessory. <br /> <br />111. <br /> <br />Parking lot instructional signs designating the <br />conditions of use or identification parking areas <br />shall not exceed 8 square feet a~d shall not project <br />higher than ten (10) feet in height for wall signs and <br />seven (7)-feet in height for ground'signs, as <br />measured from the established grade of the parking <br />area(s) to which such signs are accessory. <br /> <br />iv. <br /> <br />Window signs are restricted to thirty percent (30%) <br />of the area of the window in which the sign is to be <br />displayed. <br /> <br /> <br />
