That the Applicant has stated that the home occupation will be conducted within the <br />private dwelling on the property, the area set aside for the home occupation does not <br />exceed 20% of the total floor area of the private dwelling, and the operation will not <br />include any employment of persons not residing in the private dwelling in the <br />performance of the home occupation. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant will reside at the location of the proposed home occupation. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that there will be no exterior storage of business equipment <br />and materials. <br /> <br />9~ <br /> <br />That the ApPlicant proposes to service approximately 1-2 clients per day between the <br />hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That there are other similar home occupations that have been granted in the R-1 Single <br />Family Residential District. <br /> <br />1 t.
