Mobile Home - Any vehiMe-~ Structure constructed in such a manner as <br />to permit occupancy thereof, as living quarters and so designed that it is or may be <br />mounted on wheels, and used as e,,onYeyance conveyed on highways or streets, pmpette4 <br />o~ drawn by its e, wn or other motor power. Any mobile home less than thirty (30) feet in <br />overall length is defined as a "Recreational Vehicle. (Loren adding reference to <br />manttfactured home) <br /> <br /> Mobile Home Park - Any premises which has facilities to accommodate <br />two (2) or more occupied mobile homes, <br /> <br /> Model Home - A home which is similar to others in a development and <br />which is open to public inspection for the purpose of selling said other homes. <br /> <br /> Motel/Mote, r Hotel - A building, or group of detached, semi-detached or <br />attached buildings containing guest rooms or units, each of which has a separate entrance <br />directly from the outside of the building or corridor, with garage or parking space <br />conveniently located to each unit, and which is designed, used or intended to be used <br />primarily for the accommodation of transient guests traveling by automobile. <br /> <br /> Motor Freight Terminal (Truck Terminal) - A building in which <br />freight brought by motor truck is assembled and sorted for roUting in intrastate and <br />interstate shipment. <br /> <br /> Motor Fuel Station : A place where gasoline is stored only in <br />underground tanks, kerosene or motor oil and lubricants or grease, for operation of <br />automobiles, are retailed directly to the public on premises and including minor <br />accessories and services for automobiles but not including automobile, major repairs and <br />rebuilding. <br /> <br /> Motor Vehicle, Commercial Use - Any device designed to be self- <br />propelled that is eligible for legal operation on the public roads and highways and whose <br />primary use is to facilitate the generation of revenue. This shall not include standard <br />passenger automobiles, pick-up trucks and vans displaying company logos and/or <br />advertisements. <br /> <br /> Motor Vehicle, Private Use - Any device which is designed to be self- <br />propelled, is eligible for legal operation, on the pubic roads and highways, and whose <br />primary use is to transport persons and/or property for persona! or recreational activities. <br />For purposes of this Chapter, private use motor vehicles shall include' operable <br />vintage/classic cars and race cars. <br /> <br /> Natural Drainage System - All land surface areas which by nature of <br />their contour configuration, collect, store and channel surface water runoff. <br /> <br />120 9.02 - D eft nitions 9-14 Jan.
