I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br />! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Street fight,of-ways shall not be planned so as. to cause hardship to owners <br />of adjoining property. <br /> <br />The angle formed by the intersection of streets shall not be less than 70 '75 <br />degrees,, with 90-degree intersections preferred as measured 100 feet from <br />the intersection. Intersections of more than four comers are prohibited.- <br /> <br />no <br /> <br />A tangent of at least 100 feet in len~.h shall be introduced between reverse <br />curves on thoroughfare and collector streets' and a tangent of at least 50 feet <br />in length shall be introduced between reverse curves .on all other streets: <br />unless otherwise approved by the City, En.,2.ineer. <br /> <br />Roadways of street intersections shall be rounded by a radius c. 9.50.30 <br />than 20 feet for suburban type streets and 30 feet for rural type streets. <br />Roadways of alley-street intersections shall'be rounded by a radius of not <br />less than ten feet. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Public Utilities <br /> <br />a. Sanitary sewers and water facilities shall be installed in accordance with the <br /> <br />standards and specifications as required bv the Council and subject tO the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The use of i'ndividual water and sewer syStemS in accordance with all <br /> <br />appropfiate State and lOcal regulations. <br /> <br />In an area not havinz municipal stoma sewer trunk, the applicant shall be <br />responsible, before platting;, to provide for a storm water disposal plan in <br />accordance with the City's Comprehensive Drainaze Plan without damage to <br />properties outside the platted area and said storm water disposal plan shall <br />be submitted to the City Entfineer, who shall report to the Council on the <br />feasibility of the plan presented. No plat shall be approved before an <br />adequate storm water disposal plan is presented and approved by the City <br />Engineer and Council. The use of dry wells for the purpose of storm water <br />disposal is prohibited. In areas w:here an outlet for storm water does not <br /> <br />exist and the developer is unable to neuotiate' a drainage way with adjacent <br />land owners, they may petition the City to construct a drainage outlet. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Private Utilities <br /> <br />a. -In all subdivisions, all telephone, electric and gas service lines shall be <br /> <br />placed under~round within dedicated public ways or recorded easements in <br />such manner as not to conflict with other under~ound services.
