If deemed necessary by the City <br />Engineer and Council, the owner or subdivider shall install street <br />traffic control signals: The signalization shall be constructed in <br />conjunction with the street unless the Council grants a waiver to delay <br />signalization. In the event such waiver is granted, the owner' or <br />subdivider shall deposit with the City a sum of money equivalent to <br />the Engineer's estimated cost of the signalization. <br /> <br />7. Easement Acquisition. Prior to the time of construction, the owner or <br />subdivider shall obtain all easements required for the project.
