No <br />building permit for the Site will be issued until the permittee has: a) signed and returned this <br />Development Permit; b) provided the required cash deposit for inspection fees in accordance with Item <br />#6 of this Permit; c) provided the City with a copy of the Grading and Drainage Permit issued by the <br />Lower Rum River Water Management Organization. No Certificate of Occupancy for the structure will <br />be issued until: a) the Required Improvements are performed according to plan and accepted by the <br />City; <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The Required Improvements shall be completed <br />before December 31, 2003. <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF LOCATION.
