CASE # <br /> <br />REVIEW PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 9, <br />ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you know, City Staff has been working with Loren Gordon 'of Hoisington Koegler .to <br />review and make recommendations for necessary amendments to City Code Chapter 9 for <br />the purpose of implementing the new Comprehensive Plan. You may recall that last <br />summer we completed the necessary changes, to the planned unit development and Iow, <br />medium, and high density residential district zoning regulations. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The proposed amendments to Section 9.50 (Subdivision) have been drafted and are ready <br />for review. Enclosed please find a copy of Section 9.50 that has been edited with <br />strikethroughs for deletions and underlines for additions. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Please review the enclosed materials and be prepared to discuss the proposed <br />amendments with Loren Gordon and City Staff. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Will be based on discussion. <br /> <br />PC: 3/06/03 <br /> <br />45 <br /> <br /> <br />
