Applicanon Fees and Escrow,, 9.50.02 <br />time of submission of the sketch pt..an, the subdivider shall, pay a fee .and deposit a tee into. an <br />escrow account as determined from time to time by Council ordinance. The escrow is applied to <br /> <br />costs incurred by the city in employing the services of the ~':~ .... : .... ,, ....... ,oC~w StarS: <br />attorneys and other Professional consultants in connection with the review of said sketch plan. <br />However. the said deposit may also be used to reimburse the citw for the expense of employing.- <br />the services of the city engineer, attorneys and other professional' consultants, in-connection with <br />the review of the preliminary plat and final plat as prescribed in this. Chapter. 'If said escrow is' <br />not sufficient to defray the above expenses, additional monies will be .required prior to final <br />action on the Plat. and if, in the opinion of the Zoning Administrator, the deposit is depleted such <br />that it is unlikely to be sufficient to meet the remaining anticipated expenses, the subdivider shall <br />be required to deposit an amount sufficient to brine the account to a positive balance of. prior to <br />any further action on the plat. If after final action on the proposed subdivision, a surplus balance <br />remains in the city's accounts, said surplus balance shall be refunded to' the subdivider. The said <br />d.eposit shall be in addition to the fees prescribed elsewhere in this Chapter. <br /> <br />9.50.02 <br /> <br />e, .... ~ PlanMajor Plat <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1.
