The Zoning Administrator shall distribute the copies of the sketch plan to <br /> th pp priat i di id ts ~'"'~ *^-;-- ^ ~'-;-: .... ,x...,..1~ ~. ~.~._:, ,~ <br /> <br />The Citv En.mneer and Zonine Administrator shall submit their reports to <br />the Council and shall state whether the sketch plan and the improvements <br />conform to the eng/neefin~ and desian standards and City Code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The planning commission shall consider the sketch plan, the Zoning <br />Administrator's report, the engineer's report and any other .pertinent <br />information which they may wish to consider.
