The plans show that the <br />height of the structures will be about 28 feet in height. The units meet the requirement of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking Requirements: The off-street_ parking requirements only apply to the 3'6 <br />cottages. Under code, a minimum, of 72. off-street parking stalls (2 parking stalls per.unit). <br />All of the proposed townhouse units will have a two stall garage. The parking provided by' <br />the garages will meet the code requirement. <br /> <br />9. Driveway Length: City Ordinances require that the driveway lengths of the cottages be at <br /> least 25 feet in length. As part of the PUD process, you are requesting that some of the units <br /> have driveway lengths as short as.22 feet. If the lesser driveway lengths are not allowed, the' <br /> site plan should be revised accordingly and submitted tothe City. <br /> <br />10. Grading and Drainage: A detailed grading and drainage plan is being addressed as part of <br /> the plat review for Village of Sunfish Lake. <br /> <br />Landscaping. The landscaping component of this development consists of:two parts. The <br />first is the portion of the development that will consist of a total of seventy-nine (79) single <br />family homes.
