That the proposed development is/is not designed in such a way as to form a desirable and <br /> unified environment within its own boundaries, and also will not be detrimental to future <br /> land uses in the surrounding areas. <br /> <br />20. That the proposed development is/is not consistent with all other applicable City and State <br /> regulations. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />That the following deviations from City Ordinances are found acceptable as part of this <br />PUD; the use of smaller lot sizes and narrower lot widths for the urban-single family lots <br />than required, the use of reduced building setbacks than required, the use of narrower road <br />right-of-way than required, the use of narrower constructed street Widths, and the exclusive <br />use of private streets through the association-maintained cottages. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />That the deviations from City Code as indicated in Item #21 of thi} resolution shall be of the <br />character and magnitude shown on Exhibit A as attached ti~ this document and hereinafter <br />incorporated as part of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofl <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said. resolution was declared duly passed and. adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the ~ day of~ 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-02- <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />73 <br /> <br /> <br />
