Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #I: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Levy of Special Assessments for the 2002 Street <br />Maintenance Program <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:25 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Principal City Engineer Olson stated that the 2002 Street Maintenance Program consisted of <br />seven individual projects covering 16.3 miles of streets, which included 6.94 miles of Municipal <br />State Aid streets.
