Only five of the projects will be assessed, since project 02-01 was funded by <br />developer's escrows set-aside for the first sealcoating of a newly constructed pavement. Two <br />projects covering 6.94 miles of street consisted of placing a one and one half-inch bituminous <br />overlay over the existing pavement. The City's policy is to assess 50 percent of the total cost of <br />the work to the benefited property .oWners.
