He noted .that they would be moving the issue up on the agenda for discussion. <br /> <br />Ed Hamilton, 6615 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey, stated that he has lived on Highway #10 for 47 <br />years and had no problems until the black top plant was located behind them. He explained that <br />the smell is unbearable. There is something they can put in the plant to get rid of the smell and <br />some times they use it, but sometimes they don't. He stated that he was going to start contacting <br />the MPCA to let them deal with the problem. Mr. Hamilton stated that it was time for the <br />asphalt company to move out. <br /> <br />MayorGamec inquired if Commercial Asphalt currently has a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />City Council/October 22, 2002 <br /> Page 2 of 35 <br /> <br /> <br />
