He inquired as to wh6 would have to t~e that loss. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that a property can always request that the mo.ratofium t~e lifted on the <br />prope . :. < .:: .-: .. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller inquired if there was anyway to reduce the length of the moratorium. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that he would hope to have some answers:by February or March. <br /> <br />Sarah Bisset, Realtor representing 7665 High~ay #10, stated.that they have been trying to get as <br />much information as to what is being planned, for Highway #10 from MnDOT, but mos~ of the <br />information is beirig withheld. She stated that in the few conversations she has had with MnDOT <br />they have indicated that the project is 15 to 25 .years away at a minimum. Currently she has <br />buyers f0i; ~he property thaf :would have no prOi~l'em with their business existing for 25 years. <br />She stated; that she did not Understand why the ~oratorium could not wait untiI the Highway #10 <br />plan Was concrete. The m°raf0/-iUm :i~' sc~g away very possible buyers. <br /> <br />.Mayor Gamec replied that the problem is that the City has to plan for the future. MnDOT can <br />'only tel'l, you what the facts are, but it is possible that funding could be made available after the <br />next ete~fi0n to improve the highway. <br /> <br />Ms. Bissett replied that she'was laughed at by MnDOT when she suggested that the project could <br />be done in five years.
