Ms. Bissett inquired if there was a chance to reduce the len~h of the moratorium. Mayor Gamec replied that there is always a chance. Mayor Gamec stated .that there have been a lot of prope~ies sold along Highway gl0 and he is not sure why their proPe~y won't sell. ~e reason for the moratohum is to get answers so that property owners ~ow What ~to do 'with ~ek prope~. Ms. Hamilton'. stated that :~he stress h~ been unbearable for her ~d her husband and it h~ actually ~mpacied her husband's health. Mr. Hamilton inquired as to why the notices weren't sent to the property owners sooner. Mayor Gamec replied that it was very quick action by the Council.
