There has been a gas station approved for Sunfish <br />Commons and Plants and Things has been before the Planning Commission discussing a <br />proposal to construct a multi million-dollar building. In the letter that was sent to the residents it <br />stated that if the Council introduces the ordinance it will be adopted November 12, 2002 and the' <br />Plants and Things proposal will probably go before the Council on that night so than Mr. <br />Hicka'nan would not be allowed to move forward with his project. <br /> <br />City.
