' .... <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendhksen felt that they could accomplish ~at by introducing the ordinance <br />~d then if Councilmember Anderson did not have all of her answers she could vote no at <br />time of adoption. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained that one the purposes for placing a moratorium on property is <br />to protect the planning process while considering the process of official controls, such as official <br />maps. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson stated that she did not think that they would have all the answers <br />about the official mapping process in two weeks. <br /> <br />Councilmcnnber Hendriksen stated that the purpose of the moratorium is to have a "time out" to <br />consider the official mapping process.
