i <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />'introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #O0-II- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FROM PLANTS AND TI-lINGS FOR AN INTERIM USE PERIVIIT TO <br />MAINTAIN TWO PRINCIPAL STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />13745 SUNFISH LAKE BOLrLEVAGID. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Larry Hickman of Plants <br />and Things for an Interim Use Permit to maintain two principal structures on' the. property <br />generally known as 13745 Sunfish Lake Blvd. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Northwest Quarrel' of Section 35, Township 32, .Range 25, excepting therefrom <br /> seven (7) parcels thereof, described as follows: <br /> <br />1 st: Commencing at the northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section <br />35, said Township and Range thence running west along the north boundary line of <br />said Northwest Quarter 51 rods; thence nmning south and parallel with the east <br />boundary line of said Northwest Quarter to the line of the Northern Pacific Railway <br />Company; thence running easterly and parallel with the said railway to the south line <br />of said Northwest Quarter; thence running east along the south line of said Nortwest <br />Quarter to the southeast corner thereof; thence running north along the east tine of <br />said Northwest Quarter to the place of beginning. <br /> <br /> 2nd: A strip heretofore conveyed to the First Division of the Saint Paul & Pacific <br /> Railroad Company, 50 feet in width on either side of and parallel witht the centerline <br /> of the track of said Railway Company. <br /> <br />"3rd: The right-of-way ofth~ NOrthern Pacific Railway Company. ' <br /> <br />4th: All the portion of said Northwest Quarter lying and being south of the United <br />States Military Road, so-called. <br /> <br />54: Beginning at a point on the southline of said Northwest Quarter distant 1195 <br />feet east fi.om the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence on an <br />assumed beating of North 89 degrees 01 minutes 41 seconds east, along said south <br />line, a distance of 689.68 feet to the intersection with the southwesterly right-of-way <br />line of the Burlington Northern, Inc. (formerly Saint Paul & Pacific Raikoad <br />Company); thence north 66 degrees 40 minutes 46 seconds west, along said right-of- <br />way line, a distance of 647.80 feet to the intersection with a line bearing north 19 <br />degrees 27 minutes 07 seconds east fi.om the point of beginning; thence south 19 <br />degrees 27 minutes 07 seconds west a distance of 284.3.8 feet to the point of <br />beginning. (Said tract is also known as part of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96) <br /> <br /> <br />
