6th: That part of Section 35, Township 32, north,. Range 25 west, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows to - wit: Beginning at a point on the north line of <br />the Northwest Quarter 51 rods west of the northeast comer of said Northwest <br />Quarter; thence south parallel with the east line of said Northwest Quarter'a distance <br />of 475.2 feet, thence west parallel with the north line of said Northwest Quarter, a <br />distance of 550 feet, thence north, parallel with east line of said Northwest Quarter, a <br />distance of 475.2 feet, thence east 550 feet to the point of beginning, containing six <br />(6) acres more or less. <br /> <br />7th: That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, now <br />platted as that part of Lot I5, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 described as folows: <br />Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 15, also being the northerly line <br />of United States Highway No. 10, said point being 661.6 feet southeasterly from the <br />southwest comer of said Lot 15; thence northeasterly 'at right angles a distance of <br />350 feet, thence southeasterly at right angles a distance of 250 feet; thence <br />southwesterly at right angles a distance of 350 feet to the southerly line of said Lot <br />15, thence Northwesterly a distance of 250 feet to place of begirming and containing <br />about two (2) acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Anoka, State of Mirmesota. <br /> <br />Excepting also: That part of the Northwest/~uarter of Section 35, Township 32, <br />Range 25 that is now known as Registered Land Survey No. 30, files of the Registrar <br />of Titles, County of Anoka. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 15, also being the northerly line of United <br />States Highway No. 10, said point being 661.6 feet southeasterly from the southwest <br />comer of said Lot 15, thence northeasterly at right angles a distance of 350 feet, <br />thence southeasterly at right angles a distance of 250 feet, thence southwesterlY at <br />right angles a distance of 350 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 15, thence <br />northwesterly a distance of 250 feet to the place of beginning and containing about <br />two (2) acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />(Abstract)' <br /> <br />Lot 16, Auditors's Subdivision No. 96 of Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Plants and Things <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11- <br /> Page 2 of 4 ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
