The City has <br />the option for land, cash or a combination thereof. The City's trail development fee is $400 per <br />unit. Both cash Park Dedication and Trail Fees must be paid for the new lot created prior to <br />release of the final plat for recording. The sketch plan will be forwarded to the Park and <br />Recreation Commission for their review. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee at a rate <br />of $375.00 per unit. This fee must be paid for the new lots created prior to release of the final plat <br />for recording. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting on 7:00 PM on Thursday November 7, 2002 <br />at the Ramsey Fire Station #2 located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request <br />for sketch plan approval.
