Park Dedication: The proposed plat w~31 be rev/owed by the Park Commission 'ar a furore meeting. 12. Trail Devoter)merit and Trail Fees: The current mail development fee is $400 per unk and is due prior ro recording the plat. The Park Commission will look at trail dedication issues at their Augua 8, 2002 meeting. 14. S~.ormwater Management Fee: The C,~' s storrnwarer management fee is ~:%.00 per unit and is required prior to recording the plat. 15. Density Transition: .Sa,'T,. would like ro see more detailed plans regarding the screening along the edges of Lhe deve!opmenr proper'ry. The City Council recently adopted a density transition ordinance that w/il, take effect in the middle of September. Ar~ached to this leper is a copy of the ordinance. Options for ~ensiry transition include the use of screening or other natural features. '~'ou should contact staff'£ :o discuss how you will be. addressing density transition, especially along the western border of the development property. Other Pe,.~:nirs: The deveioper is responsible for obtaining any pe,wnks required from other regulatory agencies. The Planning Commission will be meeting ar 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Au~st 29, 2002, al Ramsey Fire S~arion #2, to conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat.
