our property.. I don't want to end up in a situation where we are forced to put a road throu~ our
propert?'. Please don't put us into that situation.

Please do your best to change this proposal. I am not asking for much of the prOposal to be
changed, )ust take out the section of the ciU road that is going through to our fence line. Putting
in a road that goes to a fence does not make sense. After talldng to the developer, it sounds as
though the other end of this road will never be completed either. The eastbound section of this
proposed city road would go through a wetland and would have a steep grade. So, what with us
refusing to develop our land and with the land being what it is on the east end,. we cannot see any.
purpose for putting in this section of the road or for making it a city road.

hactuded with this letter is the proposal that we received-from the city 6f Ramsey. I have
highlighted (in yellow) the section of the road that we would Like to see eliminated. The red line
could be a curb and the end of the road.

Thank you for your time.

Deb Ktxechle
