Of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> On the construction of our new outside bar and additional office space, we will be using <br />Wood mater/als. We have researched a block building and that would be way out of our pr/ce <br />range. As for siding on the building we would like to go with a vinyl style siding, as there would <br />be no maintenance and would also look the best. There is an option to go w/th a masonry style <br />siding, however it is recommended that it would not hold up and within a couple of years look <br />very bad. I have samples of the vinyl s/ding to show at the planning commission meeting. <br /> As for the view from highway 10, the building would sit behind our current building and <br />other than the sh/ngled roof would not be visable from hSghway 10. <br /> <br />Gary Graber <br /> <br /> <br />
