The developer will be required to make a <br />cash deposit into the appropriate escrow account at the City, and the City shall have the authority <br />tO draw upon these funds for the purpose of compensating for inspection services. The amount <br />of the deposit shall be equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated cost of the Required <br />Improvements. Upon completion of the Improvements to the satisfaction of the City, any surplus <br />balance remaining in the City's escrow account shall be refunded to the developer. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: SeWer and water trunk fees were paid through the'platting of <br />Sunfish. Commons. <br /> <br />Construction Time Frame: It should be noted that the proposed development will not be able <br />to commence construction UritiI the plat for Sunfish Commons has been recor~d at Anoka <br />County. <br /> <br />The Planning Corn_miss/on will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on, 2002, at Ramsey Fkre Station #2, to <br />review the proposed site plan.
