28 <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the reasons for the excess height on the proposed building <br />is threefold: a) to match the architectural style (Clerestory) of the dwelling on the Subject <br />Property with a 6/12 pitch roof on the front and a 4/12 pi;cch roof on the back; b) to <br />accommodate an overhead garage door 8 feet in height; c) to accommodate an 18 inch deep <br />floor truss system that eliminates support posts on the interior of the garage. <br /> <br />91 That the ApPlicant has stated that the detached accessory building will be utiliZed for <br /> personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicants have submitted a petition signed by nine (9) neighboring Property <br /> owners, stating no objection to the Applicants proposal to exceed height and size restrictions. <br /> <br />11.
