SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #02-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Rarnsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #02-__ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to amend the language Prohibiting the 'constrUction. of detached <br />accessory buildings nearer the front property line than the principal structure so that it only <br />applies to lots less than one acre in size. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
