Required Ground Cover. Lawns are required for all residential developments and shall be i.nstalled with either sod, <br /> seed, natural ground cover, or native grasses in the R-I Residential District within 1 year. Noxious weeds do not <br /> . constitute allowed ground cover in any district. <br /> <br />F. Lighting: <br /> <br />Any lighting used to illuminate an off-street par!ring area, sign or structure, shall be arranged to deflect light away <br />from any adjoining residential district or public street. Bulbs emit-ting in excess of 3000 lumens (150 watts) shall be <br />so directed that the bulb is not visible from off of the property where such light source is located. <br /> <br />G. Exterior Building Materials: <br /> <br />1. The type of building materials used on exterior walls shall be face brick, natural stone, stucco, aluminum, steel, or <br />vinyl siding, wood, masonite products or other compatible residential materials that may be approved by the Planning' <br />Commission and Council. <br /> <br />Screening: <br /> <br />Screening requirements in accordance with section 9.11.09 of City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
