Subdivision 4. Performance Standards <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br /> Parking <br /> <br />Townhomes: 2 off-street parking spaces (1 of which should be enclosed) plus an additional half parking space <br />' located within a parking node. <br /> <br /> Multiple Family Dwellings: 2 ~ off-street parking spaces {1 of which should be enclosed) per mt. <br /> <br />The surfaces of parking stalls, aisles, and access driveways shall be constructed With blacktop or concrete and <br />properly maintained. Proper maintenance includes keeping the blacktop or concrete in good Condition and free <br />from chuckholes and other types of surface cracks and breakage. <br /> <br />The entire perimeter of the. parking stalls, aisles and access driveWays si'mil be Curbed with six inch high curbing <br />of poured concrete. <br /> <br />All required parking stalls shall be located on the premises of the principal building. <br /> <br />6.. One parking stall shall not be less than 180 square feet in area} with a minimum width of nine (9) feet. <br /> <br />7. Maximum Driveway width: 20 feet <br /> <br />Driveway side yard setback: 5 feet <br /> <br />C. Driveways and Access Roads <br /> <br />Residential developments in this district must provide one main thoroughfare through the development and <br />main thoroughfares must be dedicated as public streets. Private streets are permitted when they serve as <br />access driveways from dwelling units to public streets and meet the required standards. <br /> <br />a. Minimum private street width with no parking permitted: 24 feet <br />b. Minimum private street 'width with parking permitted on one side of street: 28 feet <br />c. Minimum private street width with parking permitted without restriction: 32feet <br />d. Maximum private street length without a cul-de-sac provided: 200 feet <br />e. Maximum private street length with a cul-de-sac prox/ided: <br /> <br />Minimum access road width at street frontage: <br />Minimum Private street width: 24 feet <br /> <br />24 feet <br /> <br />4. Minimum parking aisle width: 24 feet <br /> <br />5.
