NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The City Council hereby authorizes partial payment No. 1 to North Valley, Inc. of <br />Nowthen, Minnesota for Improvement Project #26-04, Countryside Estates Street <br />Reconstructions in the amount of $388,140.15. <br /> <br />2) The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) The total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br />for the day of June 23, 2026. <br /> <br />4) The City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Stewart, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of June, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #26-148 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
