Mr. Brian Olson <br />City of Ramsey <br />• February 12, 2007 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Task 2 — Report Phase <br />• Compile information gathered in Task 1 <br />• Identify necessary infrastructure and associated schedule <br />■ Prepare report and present to City <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. proposes to provide engineering services in accordance with the following schedule <br />of fees: <br />1) Total cost for engineering services for Task 1— Preliminary Phase as a lump sum amount of <br />$5,000. <br />2) Total cosh for cngineering services for Task 2 — Rcpui Plisse as a lump sum amount of <br />$12,500. <br />The following schedule is proposed for completion of the project. <br />Task Time <br />1 — Preliminary Phase 2 weeks <br />2 — Report Phase 4 weeks <br />The intent of the dedicated time periods is to allow for staff participation and information gathering as <br />required. We are flexible in our schedule and would work with the Cities to accommodate any particular <br />• scheduling needs we may be unaware of. <br />Paul Saffert will be serving as the Project Engineer for this project. Paul has a strong working <br />relationship with the Cities of Ramsey, Minnesota and St. Francis Minnesota staff members through his <br />work with both communities water systems. Brad DeWolf will serve as Project Manager for this project, <br />staying informed of Bolton & Menk's project progress and the Cities' needs throughout the project. <br />We look forward to working with you and your staff on this project, and we appreciate the Cities of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota and St. Francis, Minnesota for considering, Bolton & Menk, Inc.
